Cameo Art Studio is a family run business where all paintings on Canvas, Glass, Perspex and Metal are produced by owner and artist Gerry Cameron.

We started to operate a commercial studio in Scotland in 2006 after demand for Gerry’s artwork became to difficult to ignore. Gerry’s art is exclusive to Cameo Art Studio and is available to purchase via the website or direct from the studio.

We are a modern and exciting contemporary studio within the central belt which offers a wide range of original art at affordable prices.

We offer a very personal service and a satisfaction guarantee.

The Artist

Gerry Cameron is a self taught artist who is adventurous with his styles and techniques he has a passion for what he creates and is an inspiration to all that come into contact with him.

Gerry believes being self taught gives him an advantage over traditionally taught artists "I have travelled around the world and studied through living with different cultures this approach broadens the mind and lets you experiment, rather than being told how to do things you learn through experience".

His work covers a broad spectrum and Gerry takes each piece as a great challenge and believes everyone should be able to afford an original piece of art, whatever your budget

The Studio

Cameo Art Studio is now one of the largest art studios within the central belt and is located in Bathgate West Lothion.

The Artwork

Gerry paints in all types of mediums including acrylics, oils and water colour, he is adventurous with styles, and has a passion for what he creates. His art work has many admirers and collectors around the world.

The studio produces hand painted art that is original, affordable, modern and contemporary direct onto Canvas, Glass, Metal and Perspex supplied in a large selection of sizes and styles to suit your designs.  All art is authentic and signed by the artist on the actual artwork and on stamped on the back with the studio stamp.

If you like the style of a painting on the website (or in our store) but do not like the colour, size or options i.e. you would prefer a triptych (three paintings) rather then a single painting then feel free to contact Gerry by email using our online form.  Let Gerry know what style, size and colour you would prefer so he can produce the painting that fits in with your needs. We are even happy to match colours to material swatches and to paint charts. All paintings can be changed to your colour scheme at no extra cost.
