Our standard weekly leasing prices are shown in the table below, varying by how often you want to rotate your new art - every 6, 12 or 24 months, different types or sizes of art.

We have 3 price categories:

Example prices

To lease 20 pieces of art - say 10 small original paintings (category ONE) and 10 medium originals (category TWO) - with new pieces every 24 months, the weekly leasing price is £35 (i.e. 10 x £1.50 + 10 x £2.00). Or £152 per month Notes on leasing prices

 • Includes 10-day trial period (we will change the art or refund your leasing fees if you are not 100% satisfied)

 • Includes installation within West Lothian of the art on your walls, and the use of professional picture hanging system (if required)

 • Includes free delivery in West Lothian. Outside of West Lothian a delivery fee applies (this varies by location)

• Includes help in choosing suitable art for your space and business type.

• Insurance for the art is the client's responsibility (this is usually covered by clients existing business contents insurance)

• Based on a minimum 12-month lease agreement

• Based on a minimum order size 5 pieces of Art

• Discounts available for large orders leasing more than 30 pieces of art

• payments are made quarterly in advance

• all prices are subject to VAT (at the standard rate) We can also quote for different rotation frequencies, or without the rotation, and for shorter periods (from days to months). Contact us with your needs. And don't forget, all the flexibility and benefits of leasing.

We are based in Seafield West Lothian. Our art for offices lease service covers the Central Belt of Scotland. We can also quote for leasing for offices located in other UK areas

How office art leasing works

Step 1: Free visit We'd be delighted to visit you, to:

• understand your needs and answer any questions

• present what we do, including examples of artwork

• determine with you suitable locations for placing artwork.

Step 2: Proposal

• We follow-up with a fully costed proposal, aimed to meet your space, budget and timescales

• You then decide if you wish to proceed (all our artwork leasing agreements come with a one-month free trial period).

Step 3: Selection

• We offer you maximum flexibility in selecting artwork,

• you choose favourites from our online collection

• We help recommend art for you (based on your type of company, interior space and decoration)

• Your staff vote, we then process the scores and let you know the outcome

• Or sometimes our clients prefer a mix of the above.

Step 4: Delivery & installation

• Our professional team will take care of all delivery and installation

• We will arrange convenient delivery times to suit your business Installation is easy with our picture hanging system (if required)

• We will send you an inventory of the rented artwork
